These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "You") and gabgee ("gabgee", "the Platform", "We", "Us"). By accessing gabgee at https://gabgee.com, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the gabgee platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand their contents, and that you agree to be bound by them unconditionally.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the gabgee platform. Your continued use of any gabgee service following the publication of an updated version of these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the gabgee Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any bonus-specific or promotional terms published on the gabgee platform, the promotional terms shall apply to that specific offer, and these Terms shall govern all other matters.

Use of the gabgee platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:

2. You are accessing the platform as an individual for your own personal, recreational use. Registering or operating an account on behalf of another person, or for commercial or resale purposes, is not permitted.

4. You have not previously had a gabgee account closed for breach of these Terms or for fraudulent activity.
5. You are legally capable of entering into binding agreements under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

gabgee reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point during the account lifecycle. Acceptable documentation includes a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued document clearly showing your date of birth. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification within the timeframe specified by gabgee support will result in suspension of account access and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Where gabgee has reasonable grounds to suspect that a member is under the age of 18, the platform will immediately suspend that account and conduct an age verification review. Any deposits made during the suspension period will be returned to the original payment method; any winnings accrued during this period will not be paid out pending the outcome of the review.

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of gabgee services, including deposits, betting, casino games, and withdrawals, you must register a member account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. gabgee reserves the right to verify any information submitted during registration at any time.

The following information is required at registration: full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method details. You are responsible for keeping all account information up to date. Any discrepancy between the name on your gabgee account and the name on your payment method or identity document may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension pending verification.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one gabgee account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where gabgee identifies duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any bets or game results, and withhold any balances pending investigation.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gabgee account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP verification codes sent to your registered mobile number. gabgee will never ask you to disclose your password via email, phone, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must contact gabgee support at [email protected] immediately. gabgee accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your gabgee account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. gabgee will process your account closure request within a reasonable timeframe and will return any remaining verified balance to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements. gabgee also reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion where it reasonably believes that a member has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

gabgee supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). gabgee does not apply currency conversion fees; the amount you deposit or withdraw is the amount credited or debited in BDT.

Payment method availability may vary from time to time depending on technical, regulatory, or operational factors. gabgee will notify members of any material changes to available payment methods via the platform or by email to the registered address.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply to each payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction within the gabgee account panel. These limits may be adjusted from time to time at gabgee's discretion. High-value members enrolled in the gabgee VIP programme may be subject to individually negotiated limits as agreed in writing with the gabgee support team.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to completion of any required KYC verification. Withdrawals via Visa and Mastercard may take up to 5 business days depending on the issuing bank. gabgee reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal at its discretion.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, up to the deposited amount. Winnings in excess of the deposited amount may be processed to any verified payment method registered to your account.

4.4 Responsible Use of Funds

You confirm that all funds deposited into your gabgee account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any criminal activity. gabgee is committed to combating money laundering and terrorist financing and may report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder. Any account suspected of being used for money laundering or structuring of transactions will be immediately suspended pending investigation.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

gabgee offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to its members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin packages, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, the BPL cricket season, the IPL, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all gabgee promotions:

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified gabgee members who are 18 years of age or older.
• Each member is entitled to claim each specific promotional offer only once, unless the promotion is explicitly described as recurring or reloadable.
• Bonus credits and any winnings derived from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms. No withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted until wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
• gabgee reserves the right to determine which games and bet types contribute to wagering requirement calculations. Live casino, slots, and sports betting products may contribute at different rates as specified in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus credits expire if not used within the timeframe stated in the specific promotion terms. Expired bonus credits are removed from your account balance automatically.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to coordinated betting patterns designed to lock in guaranteed returns, use of multiple accounts, or exploitation of technical errors — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings and may result in account closure.

5.2 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Once the applicable wagering requirements have been completed, any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings will be converted to withdrawable real-money balance, subject to any maximum bonus win cap stated in the specific promotion terms. gabgee reserves the right to apply a maximum withdrawable amount in respect of any single bonus or promotional offer.

5.3 gabgee's Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

gabgee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn before a member has completed the associated wagering requirements, gabgee will credit any real-money deposits made in connection with the promotion back to the member's account or original payment method, at its discretion.

gabgee is committed to maintaining a fair, secure, and trustworthy gaming environment for all members. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gabgee platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or using stolen payment credentials.
• Underage Gambling: Accessing or attempting to access the platform while under 18 years of age, or knowingly facilitating access by an underage person.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one gabgee account or assisting others in doing so.

• Technical Exploitation: Intentionally exploiting software bugs, errors, or display faults to gain financial advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reclaimed.
• Abusive Behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, or harassing communications at gabgee staff or other members via any channel.

gabgee employs a combination of automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, gabgee may take immediate action including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent closure without prior warning. 7.1 Available Responsible Gaming Tools

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is activated, it cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours for daily limits, 7 days for weekly limits, and 30 days for monthly limits.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure the platform to display session duration notifications at regular intervals of their choosing.
• Temporary Time-Out: Members may place their account into a temporary time-out period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, login access is suspended and no marketing communications will be sent.

8.1 Platform Availability

gabgee endeavours to provide a continuous, uninterrupted service but does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service outages, or events beyond gabgee's reasonable control. gabgee accepts no liability for losses — whether financial, reputational, or otherwise — arising from platform unavailability, interruption, or delay.

8.2 Game Outcomes

All game outcomes on the gabgee platform are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software supplied by gabgee's licensed game providers, including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi. gabgee does not manipulate game outcomes and accepts no liability for losses arising from the inherent randomness of casino game results or sports event outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gabgee's total aggregate liability to any member in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms, the gabgee platform, or any services provided by gabgee shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the relevant claim arose.

8.5 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the gabgee complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant territory. gabgee's complaints procedure is initiated by contacting [email protected] with a written description of the dispute. gabgee will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 14 business days.

8.6 Amendments to These Terms

gabgee reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be published at https://gabgee.com/terms-conditions with the effective date clearly displayed. Where amendments are material, gabgee will notify members via email to their registered address at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the gabgee platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 3.4.
